Fantastic discount Most other salespeople are nice and tend to care about each other Fewer snobby clients than other places I've worked
Cons
Upper management is totally clueless and out of touch Management doesn't really care about you unless you're a top salesperson (from a person that was a top salesperson) Company was very poorly managed for years and it has been showing heavily in recent years Lack of consistency with management Lack of training for sales people Lack of desire to keep turnover low Lack of desire for management to think outside of the box
