Pros
I cannot think of one pro to be perfectly honest. You don't get any incentives to work there. You don't even get a great product discount. This might be a great entry-level job for anyone on there way up and out of a company for the need of experience.
Cons
Approach a career here with caution. Not a place for advancement. If you think its 'Forever Fun' to live in constant uncertainty, no job security, leadership unpredictability, coupled with egregious irrationality, then this is the bureaucracy for you. Lead by, and often ruined by, its megalomaniac CEO and his loyal enablers.
Don't let them sell you a fantasy they have no intention of delivering on. Those immune from the tyranny have been at the company since the inception. I would advise to not look to them for support, as they do what they must to survive; no one is to be trusted there. If you're able to keep you head down and do what you're told regardless, by all means take a job here. If you make friends there, just understand no one is your friend. Probably wise work advice in general. Those immune from the tyranny have been at the company since the inception. I would advise to not look to those tenured for support, as they do what they must to survive.
