Pathetic management, badly treats staff - Anonymous employee Neev Schools Employee Review

I have observed many times that the teachers are considered as priority and the management tries to help and offer solutions to the problems to the teachers. Pays good and has friendly and affectionate environment for teachers as well as children. Provides free benefits such as break fast, lunch and transport.

Observed that admin staff is not similarly treated as the teachers - must consider them as well as important staff since they put in more hours than us, work on all Saturdays and also are not provided transport from the school.

Supportive environment, Management can be demanding, Community feel, Child centric approach, staff lunch, holidays are good. A good place for children to learn.

Demanding. There can be a lot of demand on the teacher and sometimes the demand placed is not justified. You might find you are doing things to please the whims of the management or admin.
