Pros
Dr. Neel is an amazing woman and so is Dr. Donnelly.
When appropriately staffed (nurses and doctors) decent environment to be in.
A lot to learn, as you see all kinds of things.
Multiple departments to work in and be trained in.
24/7 hours - even if theres not a doctor in the facility
Cons
Corporate owned now, and overtime is a crime basically.
Your skills arent valued by all of the management team, yet they all expect you to do your known skills 25/8.
If you work hard (dont sit around on your phone or hide out), you are taken for granted most of the time.
The hiring manager is very judgemental and not honest while hiring.
Toxic environment and management doesnt punish the toxic bullies; theyd rather have good staff leave or be miserable.
