Questionable leadership, lots of roles didn’t really seem necessary

- my engineering and computer vision co-workers are some of the kindest, hardest-working and intelligent people I ever had the pleasure of working with, and I really miss the good days we had together - the vehicle and hardware platform is pretty novel and fun to watch evolve over time (all developed, assembled and operated in-house)

- after sudden layoffs in 11/2023, there's hardly any remaining engineering and computer vision co-workers to enjoy working with - management will hold you to unspecified, "impossible" standards (CTO's own words), then deny you pay/career advancement when you inevitably fall short - non-technical product management simultaneously doesn't know anything about the product vision/requested features/future plans that you don't already know, but will still inexplicably micro-manage engineering sprints and roadmap while constantly shifting priorities and complaining about infra reliability and transparency - they even have plans to adopt PagerDuty so you can be on call to respond to problems they told you didn't need to be fixed
