Pros

They do their best to make you apart of a "work family". They commend initiative that sets apart the work ethic from the old 9-5, and they love to show it off to other employees to inspire the same actions. They do a lot of office parties that show that they appreciate their employees, culture, military appreciation, and holidays. They attempt to work with your schedule.

Cons

There are so many managers.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
