Pros
First of all, I love the product. Making the healthcare system better gives me great satisfaction and motivation, knowing that I'm doing extra value for people's health, which I couldn't find in a gaming company (for example). Also, I feel that I have a lot of influence, and my opinion matters here. I know I can always talk to my superiors, considering everything seriously. If I come up with new ideas or recent technologies for my team, I know they will be accepted and implemented if I explain the need. And last but not least - Fulfiling the workers' needs, like giving new equipment for our WFH setup, or an extra day off. I appreciate those little things.
Cons
It's a growing company, and therefore it's very flexible. There are times when I work on a new feature, but then out of nowhere, I might find myself working on a whole different one due to a critical priority, which requires me to keep and improve my context switching skills.
