Leadership is very knowledgeable and accessible if you show initiative. The culture encourages autonomy because you’re expected to contribute, not just follow. Sr. management is transparent and has open-door policies.

It can feel intense, and deadlines are strict, especially around regulatory-related deliverables that impact clients. Internal processes and documentation vary in maturity depending on the product line. Cross-functional collaboration can be hindered by product complexity and a lean team structure. I do, however, see management working through these challenges.

One of the things I really value here is the flexible schedule and the fact that there’s no micromanagement. Overall, the company has solid people, which makes for a positive environment.

The time off policy feels a bit limited, the company reflects more of an old school business mindset rather than current workplace expectations.
