Pros
The pros are kept to a minimum. In a sense, it's great being paid weekly. The meetings are pretty informative, they recognize people's good doings, and have charts to give you an idea of where you're at "statistically" (basically how bad you do or don't suck). Somewhat flexable schedule.
Cons
Where do I start. The management has a problem with keeping professional, it seems to me, they're always ready to pick a fight/be catty/high school drama. They also get they're houses cleaned way more than regular customers, it's ridiculous and they're always "tore up from the floor up". They pride themselves on being flexable and being open when you have to talk to them about anything, but yet, like to throw things in your face and back track on their words. Tips have been taken before. Multiple time. They also always seem to have a problem with payroll (coming up short on your checks). Definetly don't ever sound professional on phone calls with clients, "UM, UHH??"
