Non profit work - Vice President National Interscholastic Cycling Association Employee Review

NICA is an organization that holds true to it's values and works hard to be it's best possible self for the membership. The work was remote with a some travel. The org was organized for a 100% remote staff and work flowed smoothly for the most part. They also valued the unlimited PTO and we were actually encouraged to use it.

Sometimes, we were encouraged to get more vulnerable and personal than I often felt comfortable with. It was an understandable attempt to bond as a team and work more closely. Overall, a minor downside to an otherwise great work environment.
