Pros
Fair pay for remote positions. Very easy resolution from the support department with any software or hardware malfunctions. Great benefits. Yearly evaluations for a potential raise based on attendance, quality and productivity.
Cons
Company is constantly changing structure and procedures. There used to be a lot of overtime however they have steered away from that by hiring offshore employees. So overtime is vary rare. Constant micro management and unstructured training. Your training will consist of a lot of shadowing and learning from other employees with the potential of adopting methods that may not be accurate due to constant change in procedures. Production must be at 100% or more every month.
