Pros
I've been employed at NatGen for over a year. i love the training they make sure you are ready for the calls you are ab out to take. we also have a lot of pot lucks and raffles to make sure the office is as fun as it can be. The PTO time is given upfront and a lot of the PTO rolls over if it isn't used.
Cons
They do have a point system for tardy arrival and absences that start day one in training. to me it would make more sense to have the training late arrivals and absences come off after the 90 day period to give each employee a fresh start. They also have mandatory 10 Monday work days that no one had a say in working out of no where. and every 3-6 months their is a shift bid so the shift that you have can be taken from you every 3-6 months if someone with seniority wants your shift.
