      Pros

      The full time people are so fun to work with. The seasonal staff are interesting but it is really a great place to start a career off. We get all national holidays off and are encouraged to use PTO when needed.

      Cons

      The busiest time of the year is the summer so sometimes it can get overwhelming. The parents can be rude.

      the kids the location on NAS Pensacola working with the staff--chiefs are well-rounded, good-hearted people. instructors are teachers or former military careerists with passion for learning the warm, relaxed culture the flat management--everyone is approachable small organization, you can get to know a lot of your co-workers

      Cons

      monotony being "on" and leading a troop of 12 teenagers can get tiring--must have leadership, outgoing personality, it's for the kids best experience
