Pros

Get to take home company vehicle, company pays fuel.

Cons

No longer paid commission for sales on routes. Now on hourly rates due to loss of major client accounts (e.g. Walmart). Very little pay for amount of work.

Pros

Flexible scheduling options available to employees

Cons

They bought out a company and fired employees without notice. One day you will walk in and the machines are gone. No email or message regarding your job. Zero professionalism.
