**The culture is good to a point, everyone is friendly and can be family-like, but something feels off. Better sip the kool-aid and do as you're told. The leadership is 90% female, and I swear it promotes a man-hating culture at times. The large female employee demographic also encourages a lot of gossip. Too much focus on how things look, not enough focus on actual job or process improvement.
