Vista came in, turned over the entire leadership team with folks that just use AI templates, give surveys that don't seem to have any meaningful impact, the VPs and C-suite conflict their own meetings, and spend more time having you justify your job than doing your job. The C-suite is only interested in making themselves look important and busy, while trying to push all the hiring and backfills internationally to save money. This company was once prestigious, and at least in some circles is transforming into a laughingstock, due to management. New middle management comes in and leaves in six months as well, due to management.
