Front line workers were devoted to their clients.
Room for advancement.
Tons of opportunity to learn. Many times I was dropped into situations and just had to adapt.
Cons
Definite nepotism (and general favoritism).
Played a numbers game.
Pay was unfairly decided.
More money should've gone to building maintenance and regular staff raises.
