Pros

• A suitable organization for early-career professionals to gain initial industry exposure. • Provides opportunities to explore and experiment with multiple technologies, helping engineers broaden their technical understanding. • Hands-on experience across different areas of development encourages learning and adaptability.

Cons

• There have been limited salary increments, which may affect long-term motivation. • Role boundaries are not always clearly defined, leading to expectations of handling multiple technologies beyond the original scope of hiring. • Output expectations are high and often influenced by client demands, with limited flexibility or consideration for employee workload. • Recent changes in work culture have been drastic, requiring better communication and change management. • Lack of regular coordination with leadership makes it difficult for employees to stay informed about company goals and decisions. • Learning opportunities are largely confined to low-scale monolithic systems, offering limited exposure to modern scalable architectures.
