Yelling, belittling, intimidation, gas lighting, and a total lack of professionalism and disrespect can occur at the slightest perceived inconvenience or misunderstanding. Poor temperament, lack of guidance, lack of training, lack of adequate documentation and lack of effective communication. Little compensation for advancement, poor compensation for inflation, continuous cutting of bonuses and lack of transparency.
