Cons
Toxic culture all the way from the top. The marketing org is especially horrible to work in/with. “Leadership” are not fit to lead, and create a culture of fear. One particular “leader” systematically rotates through the team, targeting a different person to bully every few weeks. I’ve seen several talented professionals reduced to tears because the environment is untenable. HR knows but the company, for whatever reason, protects this person (which effectively validates them). The micromanagement is out of control so work ends up taking forever, getting redone constantly, and costing a fortune. At the end of the day, Naadam wants to be Devil Wears Prada but it’s just giving Mean Girls. P.S. they also pay way under market and never pay vendors on time
