Pros
• Perks (Annual / Family Care / Child Care leaves, flexi benefit claims, medical coverage and staff engagement activities). • New office with great view (facing Wild Wild Wet).
Cons
• Indecisiveness of the top management hinders progress. • At Directors level, they seem to cordially promote core values (care, passion, trust and service), but the truth is, they are practitioners of "Tai-Chi" and power politicking. • The constant political tussles at the top resulted in cascading temperamental and emotional work environment. • Departmental lines are clearly drawn with projects' ownerships and blames being bounced around. Executives (the workers) ended up shouldering the blames. • Staff morale were affected with the frequent departmental re-organisation (once or bi-annual). The Management seems to be lost on Club's objectives and direction. • "Task force" that involved interdepartmental staff were formed for many projects that failed to take off due to inaction and indecisiveness of projects' leaders. • Too many unproductive meetings were held and time spent on presentation decks left little time for project execution. • Salary below market rate.
