NSC has great potential. You can work your way up through the company over time.
Cons
NSC undervalues certain department. While recruiting is important, so are all the services that support recruiting. I found a lot of colleagues felts undervalued for their hard work and dedication. Sometimes management would talk about give people’s raises that would never happen. Sometimes management would ask for constructive feedback, but disregard it.
