There is not a down side.

Quite honestly, I'm baffled at some of the negative reviews here. The company is very fast-paced and I'm constantly learning something new about the reverse mortgage industry on a daily basis. If you are someone who can't adjust to quick changes or don't like being held accountable, then this company is not for you. We have a great team of managers who all have a wealth of knowledge within the industry. You'll never find yourself without work to do. If you enjoy a place where you can make a difference and are willing to put in the hours and work, then this place may be a good fit for you. It's very challenging, but also very rewarding if you are willing to commit. CEO is supportive of managers and staff and great pay and benefits.

The negative reviews are from people who don't like being held accountable nor understand how to behave in the workplace. It's a job, just like any other company. There are policies and procedures in place. If you don't follow them, then you are subjecting yourself to the consequences. It's simple, follow the rules and arrive on time, ready to work. If you are looking for a social gathering, then this place is not for you and you will underperform.
