Pros
- Widest range of equipment for the offshore drilling industry - Lots of things to learn (on your own) - Training was good, but not as focused as it should be. - If you're motivated, go study the PLC or Java codes for the "tools". Otherwise, you're just a technician.
Cons
As with any US company, the culture is hire and fire. Good times - everyone's busy and has a job Bad times - thanks for your service, goodbye People would like to come back, but that reality seems very distant.
