      Its great company to work with.

      Cons

      It is great company, was able to sustain big economic downfalls but is in trouble as oil prices were down, but still its a great company and hope it will comeback as the oil market comes up.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
