No benefits, noisy work environment

This company offered great compensation compared to other organizations. It also housed a very quiet work environment that allowed you to focus in when needed.

Lack of training and support. Horrible communication and lack of being up front when there is an issue. Sometimes work environment was too quiet, you could hear a pin drop!
