Pros
Since I started working here I have always said that this place is by far the safest place I have worked at other than the US Navy. Safety program is the best. Work can sometimes be physically hard but most other times it's pretty mellow. Pay is great. Everybody is a team player. Work mates are AWESOME.
Cons
The schedule is definitely the hardest part of this job. I am retired military so I have medical coverage but I did hear some of my work mates complaint about how expensive their coverage was.
