They do not care about nor value their employees. There is a lack of team spirit and personality in the people that work in the company. The atmosphere in the office is dead, and nobody makes the effort to make you feel welcome when you first join. The company is very unorganised and a massive mess - when I started I was told that for 2 weeks in the month I'd actually be doing my role, and for the remainder of the month I'd be working out how to fix/improve their processes. Honestly such a horrid company to work for. Biggest mistake of my life wasting time in this company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
