Pros
Liquids division is well-managed. All the snacks you can eat. High turnover means you can move up quickly. I guess that's a "pro".
Cons
Covid hit the biggest money-making division hard, so financials are suspect. Culture is generally cut-throat. Employees can all name the execs they are terrified of. IT is problematic. Turnover is high. Distrust is prevalent. IT leadership is erratic, paranoid, hyper-political and vindictive. Loyalty is mandatory, competency is optional, so the talent is lackluster with some notable exceptions. Predictably, projects flounder and IT is trusted to be an order taker, not a partner. There is another exodus and round of purges going on in IT, so expect to see openings. If you have impeccable survival instincts, take a shot.
