Pros
The clients and families are great. The idea of building families is a great idea.
Cons
Over worked, under appreciated, made to work long hours. Upper management is not held accountable for the lack of others work. If you are a friend, you get a pass and other have to clean up. Mileage is a joke, if you get it at all. The formula to even get mileage, is a joke. The management googles the distance you are supposed to go. If you are a mile over for any reason and don’t take the shortest route , you don’t get the mileage. So don’t get lost or rerouted. You will get punished. The company keeps working people harder and continues to take incentives, and other perks of the job away. Flexible work hours, ha ha that is completely untrue. I have never worked as much with as little salary. Upper management is just awful and could care leads about employees. The number of kids is all that matters. You get yelled at for not placing children and told you are not doing your job. Turnover rate is huge offices are exhausted.
