      No pros to note whatsoever.

      Cons

      Terrible team environment. Incompetence and favoritism at the executive and manager level. No support, training, on boarding, and they have a completely disingenuous culture. Beware of working here and listen to other reviews. It is not even a non profit anymore.

      The families and children you work with.

      Cons

      Everything. Racial slurs. Management that protects each other and will gang up on employees. Management and members of licensing will often mock and make fun of potential foster parents. Lots of bullying.
