      Good colleagues. Can learn a lot of technology. Multiple commercial projects.

      Cons

      Too many projects and work loads. No life, only work 24/7. Once a person left the team, management not getting replacement engineer to support bau team. Managers and Sales Team are only to give more works to engineer.
