Pros
There is absolutely nothing to add as a Pro. Except if you have joined via an HR agency with a tie-up. Unless that is the case, do not expect any growth or even a decent offer.
Cons
Lack of strategy, no work-life balance, complete control by Japanese, bad work culture. HR will lie and do anything to pull you in, and then will completely deny making any offers. Make sure you take all of this in writing. Do not agree to any terms that are not in your offer.
