Pros
The people who I worked with were generally friendly, helpful, there were opportunities for advancement, they provided many incentives to improve work performance such as bonus pay and opportunities to win things such as laptops, MP3 players etc, it was multicultural and the management treated us well.
Cons
It was a highly regarded call centre, I previously worked for a call centre in Chilliwack and that call centre regarded NCO has being a poorly run call centre that didn't have the best employees. There was no interview for any of us who got work there, we were all hired through a staffing agency that only administered a typing test to ensure we could type at 30 words per minute. The call centre got shut down about 2 years after I started working there.
