Good place to work - Engineer Myers Engineering Employee Review

Great place to learn on the job the skills needed to be proficient with surveying, drafting, construction layout, and property research.

Would like to get more time running the modern instruments to become more efficient running the equipment myself.

The employees at Myers Engineering are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They were all willing to help me with any questions I had, and gave me advice on all matters from technical problems to career help. There is also no lack of work while at Myers. They always made sure I had at the very least something small to work on at all times, and even allowed me to help them with work that would go directly to the client despite my only being an intern. They acknowledge your abilities and strengths past your previous work experience, allowing you to grow and improve as an engineer. I also see Myers being a small company as a pro. Because of the small number of employees, you have the opportunity to go beyond your comfort zone and learn new skills from the other employees.

While not an issue for me personally, Myers is a small company which might be a problem for some.
