      Lots of micromanaging . Mangers requesting to have meetings every day in the middle of the day telling you to push or cancel your meetings even though the company's focus is all numbers. The company tells you they will provide all the leads or work but then do a complete 180 and they rely on you to bring the business in. This means you spend unpaid hours sourcing your own then only get a small percentage of the sale with no base pay.
