      Pros

      Trying their best but needs improvement.

      Cons

      Gas prices have increased and milage reimbursement is low. HR is nonresponsive especially when it comes to increase pay inquires. They only care about promotions inside of leadership positions. Some comments during team meetings can be weird and offensive.

      Actively make a difference in the community. Staff all believe in the mission and the goals. Most management is open to new ideas.
