Pros
Being a fresh graduate and employed in more areas in the foreign language field, MLS was the first place that could have provided me with an opportunity to fully show my combined education, knowledge and skills, and I am trully grateful that the company did just that. I felt like all my ideas, opinions, insight, creativity and overall capacities were always welcome and appreciated. Moreover, since I was working closely (both spatially and conceptually) with those skilled in other fields of work carried out at MLS (in my case, software developers, graphic designers, illustrators, marketing specialists...), I was allowed an interesting interdisciplinary insight. Last but not least, contributing to a project that aims to provide language students with free, uniform learning materials is something someone who is a language student and teacher themselves can easily get enthusiastic about.
Cons
A possible disadvantage would be that at the time of my internship there was not any possibility of being selected as a potential future full-time employee and to build a career working for MLS long-term. Another one could be the location of the office which is situated in the suburban area (however, it is still reachable by metro pretty easily).
