      Pros

      Super fun and friendly work environment. Helping families interact with their reborn babies is an amazing experience. Management is honestly the best there is. The culture here is very much one of helping others and building each other up. The atmosphere is spa like and very positive.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the pay does not provide a living wage for technicians, but is great for a part time job.

      Fun to see babies and create memorable experiences for families I had no experience and they provided all of my training Treated me like family Gave me a great recommendation

      Sometimes couldn't get time off on short notice
