Pros
Tight-knit, rapidly growing team. Strong culture that is focused on doing right by customers and team members. Lots of employee celebration activities, good compensation and profit share opportunities, and many other ways to make team members feel valued. Business ethics are very strong. Management is approachable, friendly, and committed to excellence.
Cons
With some role-based exceptions, the work culture is strongly focused on in-person rather than remote or hybrid opportunities. This has pros and cons for team members. Change can occur slowly and management/approval processes can sometimes be hierarchical and cumbersome, which again has pros and cons as the company works hard to ensure it retains the culture and processes that have helped it gain and retain its strong reputation and market share.
