Company based bonus offered, but NO commission. Very poor management culture with little to no positive encouragement or motivation Small company with all control/decision making done by one person, and sometime there is an abuse of that power. Verbal abuse and mistreatment of salespeople, due to past experiences with salespeople so they treat all staff in sales department with no trust and very poorly. Require to drive long distances, 8-10 hour driving to Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York. Company not willing to spend extra to fly salespeople to these states. Smallest market share relative to competition so very difficult to sell product. Market based demand is for competitors products
