Pros

I have been working for this company for a few months shy of a year. I graduated high school in 2009 and worked for local factory's before finding my love and passion in carpentry and became an apprentice years ago. Before working for multi serve I had never felt as much as part of the team as I do here. Everyone in this company are great people and very personable. They truly value and care about their employees and co workers. I have always felt like I mattered and I wasn't just a number. On top of all this their company has a great reputation and we produce great quality work that makes me even more proud to be a member of this team. I love coming into work everyday and I can't say I have felt that way about some of my previous employments. The communication within this company is unmatched. I know that if I ever have a question or concern I can turn to my supervisor or even one of the company owners. Working for Multi Serve has made me feel like a member of a team, but more so a member of a great family.

Cons

I honestly have no cons working here. I always have a full work week and feel respected and valued.

Pros

Company van and health benefits

Cons

No holiday pay, compensation well below par, very little balance between work and home life, are expected take extra responsibilities without additional compensation, expected to comply with mandatory weekends even in the holiday season, have to deal with extreme micromanagement and are tracked constantly, management and owners don't really know how to treat/talk to employees, company as a whole has a very high employee turnover rate, field staff are expected to work earlier and much later than office staff, don't know the difference between standards of practice and standards of care, poor communication even when they're less than 15 feet apart, rarely given enough time to complete jobs, very high stress work environment, performance reviews never "on time", and don't expect a raise and if you do it's not going to be what you're worth.
