Great culture, a lot of the employees who work there have been there for many years. Management seems to really care about the employees and have their best interest in mind.

At the time, a couple of the employees seemed to take advantage of the laid back atmosphere and try to get away with not doing their job- this effected the other employees who had to pick up the slack.

- My work set up was pretty cool - I got decent experience while I was there - Great workplace culture - Flexible schedule (Not really)

-Family Owned - Constant distractions - HR does not evaluate claims seriously - Low paying job - MICROMANGENING
