Shift change every week, you can work from 0-24. The salary is too low for such a work. You are constantly observed and watched and every step is criticised. They say they care about workers, but they overwork them. The salary is to small for such a hassle. They demand english, german, it knowledge, using 10 programms, but offer nothing in return.
