Pros
In MPhasis it is only service based company so work load may not be there but it is based on person to person and account to account. Teams are small and they know each other. Team outing and Other activities are refreshing employees. You can get good shift allowance if you are in night shift. Salary structure is also good because there is no variable. Almost complete monthly compensation will come in your hand.
Cons
The work is not properly distributed among the team. A team member might not has work and other one might have so many issues to resolve. Both would be tired by the situation and frustration allow them to leave the company. There is no proper communication between manager and employee. Some time it seems that there is no one to praise you on your wonderful work within the company. Appraisals are worst and getting the recognition is a very difficult task in that.
