When working at the flagship London store on Mount Street, the manager constantly micromanaged everything you were doing and showed no respect for personal and mental well-being. They had very high expectations, especially for the economic landscape at the time. Targets were impossible to meet, therefore meaning no one would get a bonus. Despite the fact that the company offered an employee 'discount', the items were still completely unaffordable for the employees. There was no communication with salespeople from upper management and I believe that any comments we did make were completely disregarded.
