Comfortable workplace - Designer Movent Employee Review

This goes for the production team: Flexi-time (not past 11am), chill environment & friendly people, management is really nice and professional, attendance monitoring is lax (you can ask for SL without proof, or VL on the day as long as you have no task), no office politics, compensation for overtime is great (you get the pay +offset),

employees aren't proactive (you have to ask for help, or sometimes tasks to do if you feel idle for too long), or else they do all the work no career growth, pay starts out well, but climbs very slowly, sometimes annual team outings don't work out due to crunch time, lots of overtime, especially for senior devs small team, not enough diversity tech stack getting old people here are fun, but sometimes employee humor gets crass

Lots of fun people to work with. Great office location which is near High Street and about 15min walk to SM Aura. Upper Management bosses are kind people. Work - Life balance (but it's mostly depends on the department you're in); but company has a rule of no weekend work, so that's great. Part of WPP and GroupM, so it is very stable, Salary is always on time even earlier. Cancellation of work when there is typhoon.

Some questionable KPI requirements that lead to low or no salary increase. Long request process for stuff like e.g. machine upgrade. There's a divide between the marketing and production.
