The Only Cons I would have to say, would be that there is not enough of the CEO and the Managing Partners to go around! They are all awesome and when they have their hands in someone's training you can tell the difference for the Better! Just wished there were more There are some people like with any job that do NOT pull their weight but they usually didn't last that long which was a plus.
