Wow where to start!! Yes the Motortrade is a hard job, but it does have a lot of rewards and an enjoyable most of the time. But Motorvogue has a 80/90s attitude to car sales and how to treat staff! Expect you to work your back side off and do 11-13 days straight and then, they just find fault with everything you do! You'd hope you get paid well for that! Wrong again, they like to dangle that carrot, but never materialises!. But on a positive note, you will make plenty of friends as the staff turnover is so bad it's almost pointless leaning people's names as most leave as quick as they joined! The place is such a toxic environment that the managers they do have are so worried about the grief from above, constantly complain but instantly throw you under a bus to save their own skin! Want to start a career in the Motortrade? This isn't a true reflection of that. If your experienced and thinking of joining?? then ask people you know before you join! Won't find many that say nice things. Only the staff who that are told to put good reviews as they're struggling to recruit! Good Luck
