      People are nice, working conditions not very pressurised compared to other organisations. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Not a very progressive organisation, old fashioned and set in its ways. Not supportive of career progression or training and development.

      Toxic environment. Bad staff rewarded as they are their longer not on ability. Very backwards.
